The City Lead plays a key role in achieving this mission locally, ensuring high-quality rental operations, efficient service coordination, and a consistent, customer-centric experience.

As the on-site leader, the City Lead is responsible for operational excellence, team performance, and the end-to-end customer journey in a given city, serving as the bridge between global standards and local implementation.

ROLE

• The Branch Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of a small branch, independently implementing and coordinating all operational processes due to the small team and lack of specialized departments (Service, RV Sales, Support).
• The position is 70-80% hands-on and focuses on ensuring smooth operations, high-quality customer service, accurate documentation, and fleet readiness.
• Additionally, the Branch Manager reports to the District Manager and is responsible for cost control within the branch, including efficient use of consumables, avoiding unnecessary expenses, minimizing rework, and disciplined management of operating costs.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Implementation and coordination of all rental processes: check-in, check-out, documentation and system updates (including cleaning and basic maintenance);
• Monitoring daily KPIs;
• Promoting additional products through value-based selling;
• Performing basic camper/van checks (battery, water systems, gas, lighting, tires);
• Rapid escalation of complex technical or mechanical issues to regional service teams;
• Maintaining full accuracy of fleet status and readiness in operational systems;
• Coordinating daily changes, priorities and task allocation within a small team, including presenting SOPs and introducing new employees;
• Supervision of the preparation and presentation of RV vehicles for sales meetings.

Practical requirements

• Ability to lift or carry light to medium-heavy objects (10-15 kg) and to stand, walk and move around the ward for extended periods;
• Willingness to perform physical work when necessary;
• Comfortable work both indoors and outdoors, in changing weather conditions;
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays and during peak periods to support urgent operational needs;
• 2-4 years of experience in a dynamic operational environment, logistics, rental, hospitality, or customer-facing positions;
• Strong operational skills and willingness to actively participate in the daily processes of the department;
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and perform physical tasks during periods of high workload;
• Flexibility to work extended shifts during peak season, ensuring operational continuity;
• Category B driving license (required);
• Knowledge of English (required) and Polish (preferred).

Minimum salary range : PLN 80,042.00 gross/year
