DevSecOps Engineer (m/f/d)

You will be part of building our new R&D Team in Poznan and you will have a considerable influence on the future of our technology department and the way we create new solutions. You will be at the heart of the transformation and will play an active role in making the changes successful.

We are looking for a Software Engineer DevSecOps to support the embedded software teams in development. In this role, you will empower teams secure-by-design frameworks and tooling, strengthening the products security while enabling fast, reliable, and compliant software delivery in a DevSecOps environment.
You will collaborate closely with a cross-functional teams working on wireless transmission solutions. You will drive the integration of security across the entire software delivery lifecycle, embedding automated security controls into CI/CD pipelines and ensuring vulnerabilities are detected and addressed early.

What we expect

• 2+ years of experience in DevOps, Security or Software Engineering roles with a significant focus on DevSecOps
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in computer science, or a similar/related technical field
• Experience in management and configuration of development tools and systems, e.g. GitHub, Azure DevOps
• Strong knowledge of secure development principles and integration of security controls in CI/CD workflows
• Comfortable working in cross-functional teams
• Strong documentation skills and ability to communicate engineering intent clearly
• Proficiency in English for international cross-team collaboration
• Experience with AI agents management and maintenance is a plus.

Your tasks

• Implements and manages automated deployment processes, focusing on system reliability and efficiency
• Develops and maintains CI/CD pipelines independently
• Configuration, maintenance and optimization of build system and toolchains
• Local infrastructure/IT configuration and maintenance
• Release management - versioning and build
• Define and enforce security standards, policies, and best practices across development, testing, and production environments
• Vulnerability Management - track, prioritize, and remediate vulnerabilities
• Identity and Access Management
• Supporting introduction and integrations of AI tool for embedded development
• Communicates effectively with development and operations teams to ensure seamless deployments
• Close collaborates with cross-functional teams to integrate DevOps solutions
• Delivers reliable and efficient infrastructure solutions
• Ensures that DevOps practices are implemented consistently across projects
