SAP S/4HANA Template Rollout Consultant

We are seeking an SAP S/4HANA Template Rollout Consultant for one of our clients, a world-renowned international enterprise operating across global markets. This role is part of a high-priority international expansion program focused on standardizing and deploying unified Source-to-Pay (S2P) process templates across European and American entities.

In this role, you will be the driving force behind country-level deployments. You will act as the key consultant guiding local business units through the rollout journey, balancing global standardization with local legal requirements, from fit-to-standard workshops through to hypercare support.

What we expect from you?

• Rollout Track Record: Solid experience in international SAP S/4HANA template deployments, with deep functional knowledge of Source-to-Pay (S2P) / Procurement processes.

• Regional Localization Expertise: Hands-on understanding of European e-invoicing/VAT regulations and Americas payment/tax structures.

• Workshop Facilitation: Strong capability in leading fit-to-standard sessions, managing scope boundaries, and securing business sign-offs from local management teams.

• Mobility: Readiness for approximately 25% travel for key on-site workshops, system demos, and deployment milestones.

• Communication & Relationships: Fluent English and strong interpersonal skills to build trust with local country deployment teams and executive stakeholders.

What will your tasks involve?

• Template Governance: Maintain and communicate the standardized global S2P core template, managing change control and formal deviation requests to prevent silent divergence across markets.

• Localization & Fit-to-Standard: Lead interactive country workshops to separate legal mandates from operational preferences, configuring local tax codes, bank interfaces, and currency settings.

• E-Invoicing & Regional Compliance: Oversee compliance implementations across Europe (e.g., SEPA, SDI, Chorus Pro, ZUGFeRD) and the Americas (ACH, 1099, multi-currency flows).

• Master Data Alignment: Coordinate country-specific Master Data fields, Business Partner roles, and purchasing organization setups within the global template framework.

• Deployment & Go-Live Execution: Drive rollout roadmaps, structure User Acceptance Testing (UAT), lead cutover execution, and deliver hypercare support during initial financial close cycles.
