Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst for one of our clients, a globally recognized enterprise. This role is embedded within a dynamic product development organization responsible for delivering cutting-edge, enterprise-grade software solutions hosted on Microsoft Azure. You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business stakeholders, product management, and engineering teams to drive the successful delivery of scalable, cloud-based, and AI-enabled business solutions.

What we expect from you?

• Extensive Experience: 7+ years of relevant, hands-on experience as a Business Analyst, specifically within software or product development environments.

• Cloud & Tech Acumen: Solid understanding of cloud-based application architectures (experience with Microsoft Azure is highly preferred) and a working knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies.

• Agile Proficiency: Proven track record of successfully operating within Agile software delivery frameworks alongside cross-functional engineering and product teams.

• Communication & Stakeholder Management: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to navigate between technical and non-technical domains. Fluent English (mandatory) is required to build trust with international teams.

• Availability: Readiness to join the project with a maximum notice period of one month.

What will your tasks involve?

• Requirement Elicitation & Documentation: Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements, user stories, and product capabilities for enterprise software solutions.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the critical bridge connecting business stakeholders, Product Managers, Solution Architects, UX Designers, and engineering teams to ensure unified delivery.

• Agile Product Delivery: Work closely with Agile software delivery teams to drive development cycles, prioritize backlogs, and ensure successful, high-quality software releases.

• Process Optimization: Continuously analyze and improve existing business processes, ensuring that the delivered solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with strategic organizational objectives.

• Technology Integration: Leverage your understanding of cloud-based applications (Microsoft Azure) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to support the design and rollout of modern, AI-enabled business solutions.
